Daniel update 9-14-08

I talked to him and I think this is the first time since before his accident that he sounded normal to me. He did not complain about the food or the service in the hospital , as he did in the past. He even ate some breakfast and had lunch. I think that the "meds" or codeine effect has finally worn off of him. I will be going to see him again on Monday.
My mom cut his hair into a more managable hairstyle. Since his hair was all matted and he had trouble combing his own hair. Oh what the heck, hair grows back, at least for most of us.
