10 years AGO... Good Thinking Suzia..

Yes it is 10 years ago on September 6 that Suzia quit smoking. I am so glad that she did quit. It is/was a terrible habit to have. I know I also used to smoke, but it's been many years since I quit.

Stefan also used to smoke - for over 30 years. It wasn't until after Ela was born that he quit. He is a better man for having quit over 8 years ago.

To all YOU smokers out there QUIT QUIT QUIT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I am sorry to say that I have family members that still smoke TODAY. I am hoping that this will encourage you to QUIT TODAY.
